It was a pleasure treating vegan superbabe and health guru, Jordan Bruce to a spa day at the smile bar. She had naturally white teeth in the past, but after years of eating colourful and nutritious foods on the regular they turned a serious shade of yellow.
We get so caught up in the daily grind that we sometimes forget about a beauty routine! Show yourself some love once in while because you're definitely worth it.

For the last couple years I’ve been focusing on educating myself and growing as a person. I got my sweat on because it’s cathartic and stress reducing. I’ve always focused on nourishing my body through food ... but I really stopped doing a daily beauty routine like exfoliating or oil pulling. I’m now in a place I feel I have the time and energy to focus on taking care of me physically, because I want to. I booked a hair cut next week as it’s been at least a year. I also booked VEGAN teeth whitening at @mintsmilebar! I used to have really white teeth, but my love of turmeric and matcha is real 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In one appointment, which is only 40 minutes long, I moved 3 shades whiter. I was almost at the whitest possible 💁🏻♀️I admit, I drank coffee, turmeric and red wine the day of whitening. Don’t do that 😝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You’re beautiful just as you are. For me, being able to go for a facial or get a massage means I’m happy and I love myself. It’s a good sign if we take care of ourselves IF it’s for us, not someone else.
